Any public user who is at least 18 years old or of legal majority in their place of residence and is legally competent to enter into contracts, with a registered business offering eligible products and services for sale, can become an Acorre Business user.
Each registered user is eligible for Acorre Business Term and Conditions.
To complete the merchant registration, you will need both the Acorre Business application and the Primary Dashboard. Basic information will be required, including your full name, business name, mobile number, email address, and credentials for verification. Once your account is successfully created, you will be able to explore Acorre Business in full.

To publish your products on Acorre Business, follow these steps: 1. Add Categories and Products: Access the Acorre Primary Dashboard to add your product categories and products. 2. Fill in Product Specifications: For each product, you will need to provide the following details:
○ Product Name ○ Product Category ○ Product Type: Indicate whether it is a digital product or a physical product ○ Product Images ○ Product Pricing ○ Booking Option: Specify whether it is a booking-enabled product or a non-booking product
3. Publish Your Products: Once all required fields are completed, you can publish your product list. The information will then be automatically updated on Acorre Business and will be visible to Acorre Community users.

On Acorre Business, the following categories of items are strictly prohibited: a) Items classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, illegal, prohibited or restricted articles by any government or regulatory agencies b) radio-active, incendiary, corrosive or flammable substances, hazardous chemicals, explosives, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, firecrackers, cyanides, precipitates c) flammable and unsafe items d) counterfeit goods, illegally reproduced or pirated items (e.g., CDs, DVDs) e) lottery tickets and gambling devices f) human corpses, organs or body parts, blood, urine and other liquid diagnostic specimens g) hazardous or bio-medical waste h) pornographic materials i) alcoholic beverages or any intoxicant, infectious item or narcotics and psychotropic substances j) any other items that are illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or otherwise restricted or prohibited under any statute or law or regulation for transportation

Cracked images are often due to low resolution or unsupported formats. To resolve this issue, ensure that your images meet the following requirements:
● Resolution: Minimum of 720×720 pixels for JPG/JPEG format, and 1024×1024 pixels for PNG format. ● Formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
Uploading images with these specifications should help prevent any issues with image quality.
To unsubscribe, you can downgrade to the Free plan, but please be cautious as this action will lock all your template purchases and revert your app’s languages to the default settings.
Additionally, all data and changes made will be lost upon downgrading. If you have an annual subscription, any remaining months will be voided, and no refunds will be issued. For more details, please refer to our Acorre Business Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.
Yes, you can change the business template at any time. You have the option to purchase a new template or use a free one, and then rebuild your app with the new template. Once you publish the updated business application, it will automatically overwrite the previous version. Every registered merchant with Acorre Business is eligible for a 2GB default storage drive free of charge. This drive allows you to upload images, audio, video, and documents. If you require additional storage, you can subscribe to a monthly storage package via the Acorre Primary Dashboard. For further guidance on the packages and subscription options, please refer to our Primary Dashboard Guidelines.
As a merchant, you can pay for any purchase and subscription within the Acorre Primary Dashboard using your registered Credit/Debit Card.
