How does Acorre partnerwork?

It’s easier than ever to use Acorre as a partner. Simply register with a business or as a self-employed individual, download the app, and begin completing the jobs and appointments you choose. This is the platform for deciding when and how you work. Find out how to get started.

  • Who can use Acorre Partner?

    Acorre Partner is intended for individuals who are working with any Acorre Business merchant and who are of legal age in their place of residence, as well as legally competent to enter into contracts.

    Each registered Acorre Partner user is subject to the Acorre Partner Terms and Conditions.

  • How do I register for a job in Acorre Partner?

    After successfully registering as an Acorre Partner and completing your profile, you must enroll as a Merchant partner by scanning the QR code. This enrollment will enable job notifications, including delivery jobs and appointment services, allocated by Acorre Community users.

  • How will I be paid for my services rendered?

    Payment for services rendered will be managed directly by the merchants using their specific payroll systems. Acorre is not responsible for handling payments for partners.

  • How do I access my job history?

    All job or appointment history can be tracked within the application. You can refer to your History Dashboard to review all your past jobs information.

  • What should I do if the item is not available during my pickup from the shop?

    You can contact the Community user via Acorre Chat to explain the situation and seek a resolution with the merchant through mutual consent. If the Community user does not accept the resolution, you can request a refund via the Support Portal. The cancellation request will be escalated to the merchant for approval and you will be notified within the Acorre Community.

    As Acorre is not handling payments at this time, we are unable to process refunds directly. Refunds should be arranged directly between the merchant and the user. Continued issues may lead to penalties for the merchant, such as banning or rating downgrades.

  • What to do if the customer is not contactable?

    You’ll be able to chat with the community user through Acorre Chat if the customer is non-contactable by the time of delivery. If the customer still could not be reached, the partner is eligible to drop the product with the proof of delivery being uploaded in the same chat room.
