  • Who can use Acorre Community?

    Any public user with at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence and otherwise legally competent to enter into contracts, who have a valid email address can use Acorre Community App.

  • Are only physical products available for purchase in Acorre?

    Not necessarily. Acorre Apps offer a wide range of products and services. Users can purchase or book both physical and digital products, as well as schedule appointments across various service industries.

  • What industries are available for booking and setting appointments in Acorre

    Acorre offers a variety of industries for booking and setting appointments, including (but not limited to):

    As an Acorre Community user, you can pay for any purchase or booking within the Acorre Primary Dashboard using your registered credit or debit card.

    Additionally, Acorre offers flexible payment options determined by the merchant, and Acorre Payment will be introduced based on the selected country and announced accordingly.

  • What will be chargeable for every purchase I make in Acorre?

    Every purchase of product you made through Acorre Community will consist of
    ● Product price: Price of each of the product listed by merchant/business owner on the platform
    ● Delivery charges: Charges depends on the location and mode of delivery (normal/instant delivery)
    ● Acorre charges: Acorre does not impose any charges on any purchases made. We offer flexible payment options that are acceptable to the community, designed to enhance business transaction flows within your country or region.

  • I am having difficulties proceeding with my order, where should I raise the issue?

    Acorre Community users can raise a ticket from the app to the Support Portal for the issue resolution on the order problem. Your request will be escalated to the Acorre Support Team, who will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • The real pickup location is not the same as per in the Acorre application when I check out order, how should I manage this?

    For every delivery order by user, a significant route will be drawn for partner and user reference. Users need to make sure the pick-up location resembles the real pick-up location. There will be no location amendment upon order confirmation.

    Thus, the user is suggested to cancel the order and replace another order with the updated pick up location.

  • How do I request a refund for a defective item?

    To request a refund for a defective item, Acorre Community users should follow these steps:

    1. Raise a Ticket: Use the app to submit a ticket through the Support Portal.
    2. Forwarding of Request: Your request will be sent to the relevant merchants and the Acorre Support Team for resolution.

  • How do I cancel my booking from the service provider?

    Acorre Community users can cancel their bookings by clicking on ‘Cancel Booking’ within the app. Please note that the Acorre Booking Cancellation Policy will apply to each cancellation request, outlining the specific refund rates.

  • Can I change my booking date upon confirmation of payment?

    You can change your booking date at any time until the Merchant confirms payment acceptance. Acorre does not process payments, so the ability to change your booking is available until the Merchant confirms receipt of payment. Please ensure all booking details, including the date, are correct before finalizing your payment with the Merchant. If you need to select a different date, you may cancel your current booking and rebook for the new date.

  • What is Connect all about?

    Connect is a built-in social media platform designed to promote products and services through a news feed. Merchants can create posts showcasing their offerings, which will appear to Acorre Community users with a direct link to the merchant’s product page.

  • Why can’t I upload my image on my Connect page?

    Community users are not permitted to upload their own images on the Connect page. Instead, users can like, comment on, and share posts created by merchants.
